Data Deletion Instructions

Ripple Ads (operated by Ripple Strategies Inc.) lets you delete the personal data we hold about you, including data received from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising platforms you connect.
Request deletion by email
Email privacy@ripplestrategies.ca from the address associated with your Ripple Ads account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Revoke platform access separately
You can also remove Ripple Ads from your Meta account directly:
- Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find Ripple Ads in the list.
- Click Remove and confirm.
Revoking the integration stops future platform access but does not by itself submit a Ripple data-deletion request. Email us using the process above if you also want your Ripple account data deleted.
What is deleted
- Your Ripple Ads account profile (name, email, hashed password).
- OAuth tokens and refresh tokens for connected platforms.
- Cached ad-account, campaign, ad set, ad, creative, and metrics data tied to your user.
- Usage logs tied to your user, except minimal records retained for security or legal reasons.
Timing
We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Backups containing residual data are purged on their normal rotation (up to 90 days).
