Guides for connecting accounts, billing, guardrails, and automation.

Connecting your Meta account

Go to Connections → Connect Meta. You will be sent to Meta to approve access, then choose which ad accounts we may manage. We never ask you to copy an access token. If the button says "not configured", the platform owner still needs to set the Meta app credentials.

Connecting your Google Ads account

Go to Connections → Connect Google. Approve access (offline access is requested so we can refresh automatically), then select the advertiser accounts to manage. Manager (MCC) accounts are shown for hierarchy.

Billing, plans and cancellation

Manage everything under Billing. Choose a plan to start Stripe Checkout; use "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can change plan, update your card, view invoices, or cancel. A failed payment starts a grace period before automation pauses — your data is never deleted.

How guardrails keep you safe

Guardrails are hard limits the safety engine enforces before any change runs: spend ceilings, budget change caps, protected campaigns, approved/prohibited claims, and an emergency pause. Agents can never exceed them. Set them under Guardrails.

Dry run, shadow and live automation

Each ad account has an automation mode. Dry run and shadow show exactly what the agents would do without touching your ads. Live executes approved changes automatically. You can switch modes per account under Connections; going live requires a monthly spend ceiling and emergency pause to be off.

Fixing tracking issues

If a campaign has clicks but no conversions, the audit agent flags a possible tracking gap. Check that your Meta Pixel / Conversions API or Google conversion actions are firing and marked primary. Agents will not launch changes while tracking looks broken.
